No, for trips up to 21 days. Filipino passport holders can enter Vietnam visa-free for stays of up to 21 days under ASEAN rules — perfect for any of our golf packages. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. For longer stays, an e-visa (up to 90 days) is available online for about $25. We confirm visa requirements with every guest before booking.
Yes. We accept GCash, Maya, bank transfer in PHP, and USD wire transfer. The deposit is 30% to hold your tee times and rooms. The balance is due 14 days before departure.
Both work. Solo packages have a single-room supplement. For partners or companions joining the trip, our Non-Golfer Companion Package runs alongside your golf days with separate sightseeing, spa, and dining coordination.
Caddies are mandatory at almost every Vietnamese golf course and are included in our packages. They will carry your bag, read greens, and help with course management. Tipping the caddie at the end of the round is customary — usually 200,000 to 500,000 VND ($8–$20). We brief every guest on local etiquette before tee-off.
Da Nang is best from February to August. Mui Ne and the south play well year-round but November to April is the dry season and most popular. We'll guide you on dates based on your travel window.
Vietnam's central coast can see typhoons in September and October. We monitor conditions closely. If a course closes due to weather, we rebook you on an alternative course or refund the round fee. Travel insurance is your responsibility and we strongly recommend it.
4 to 8 weeks is ideal. Tee times at popular courses (especially weekends) book out 2–3 weeks ahead in peak season. We can sometimes work miracles on shorter notice but earlier is always better.
We confirm every departure 60 days before the trip. If a departure hasn't hit minimum group size by then, we either run the trip with the booked group at the published price, or roll your reservation to the next departure with a full deposit refund — your choice.
Yes. Group bookings of 8 or more on a scheduled departure get priority on hotel room blocks and bus seating. Reach out and we'll coordinate your group's seats together.
Scheduled departures are fixed-date group trips with set itineraries, group dinners, and 28 golfers on a private bus — premium experience, social by design. Starting packages are custom-tailored trips for smaller groups who want to pick their own dates and itinerary. Both run on the same Filipino dispatch and Vietnam ground crew.
